Guests under the influence of alcohol or pregnant guests may not participate in the activity.
Small children’s horses might be led by a guide on a shorter course (to be decided on-site).
Cancellation within the specific time frame before booking commencement will incur a cancellation fee as shown below:
4 to 15 days: a 20% cancellation fee
3 days prior: a 100% cancellation fee
Cancellation includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking and no-shows.
No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather conditions.

- Please join the tour in warm clothes that are easy to move in. We recommend wearing snowwear (jacket and pants) and gloves.
- Snow boots or rubber boots. * If your shoes are too wide, they may not fit in the stirrup that you put your feet in while riding. In this case, you can rent suitable boots at the venue for an extra fee of 500JPY.
