This service is exclusive to niseko purr Lodge guests.
Bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance of the tour.
Tour may be suspended due to weather conditions without prior notification.
Children under 12 can participate with an adult guardian. Please include any accompanying adult in the number of participants in your booking.
When a participant under 18 but above junior high school age wishes to participate without a guardian, written consent from a parent or guardian is required.
Guests’ under the influence of alcohol and pregnant guests may not participate in the activities.
Cancellation within the specific time frame before booking commencement will incur a cancellation fee as shown below:
The day before: a 50% cancellation fee
On the day: a 100% cancellation fee
No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather conditions.
Cancellation includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking and no-shows.
Frequent Asked Questions
What do I need to bring for the activity?
- Sunglasses or other eye protection with a neck strap as needed.
- You can bring your cameras or electronic devices with a strap at your own responsibility. If they are lost during the glide, staff will not be able to retrieve them nor will you be able to find them yourself. Lockers are available.
- Smaller bags that can be slung over the shoulder and secured at the front are permitted. Backpacks and other backpacks are not allowed.
What should I wear for the activity?
- Please wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes. Heels and sandals are not permitted.
- Helmets and harnesses are required (included in the price).
Can I take photo while gliding?
- While gliding, filming using body attached devices is permitted. Selfie sticks and smartphones are not permitted in the hand.
- Please feel free to take photos when you are not gliding.
