Guests under the influence of alcohol and pregnant guests may not participate in the activities.
Cancellation within the specific time frame before booking commencement will incur a cancellation fee as shown below:
Within 3 days: a 50% cancellation fee
The day before or no-show: a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking and no-shows.
No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather conditions.
Frequent Asked Questions
What do I need to bring for the activity?
- We recommend taking or bringing motion sickness pills in case of seasickness.
- There may be days that you may feel cold, we recommend that you prepare an extra outer layer.
- Sun-protective gear like a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
- Water to prevent heatstroke.
- A cooler for taking fish home to Niseko. Styrofoam box and ice are available if you do not have a cooler.
- Cameras and electronic devices are your own responsibility.
What should I wear for the activity?
- We recommend wearing long sleeves to protect against mosquitoes. We also recommend avoiding flashy colours.
- Watches or Jewellery: Please remove all watches and jewellery before the tour starts.
- Waders are waterproof, but water can sometimes penetrate. We recommend that you wear trousers that can get wet, just in case.
- Waders with boots are provided for the fishing tours but please wear walking shoes when you arrive.
- Make sure to wear socks.
